Hi all! So I thought I would start a blog documenting my semester abroad in Copenhagen. It is crazy that I will be leaving in just one month! I am very excited.
I guess I should give you a little introduction. I just finished my junior year at Eastern University. I am a Psychology major and hope to one day be a School Psychologist. That means I have many more years of schooling ahead of me... I live in the Philadelphia area and have lived here my whole life.
I just got back from being in California for five days. My cousin Jillian got married so my dad and I flew out for it. We had a great time! It was great to spend time my dad's side of the family who I don't see too often and to finally see what the west coast was like. While it was nice to have weather that had no humidity and in the 70s I think I am definitely an East Coast girl. I even got to see San Francisco, which was really cool. That city had a much different feel than Philadelphia or New York. Maybe one day I will go back.
This summer I have been working at Panera Bread in order to make enough money to be able to study in Copenhagen. I have been planning this for over a year. I also work at Eastern for 8 hrs a week in the Health Center. I am ready to be done working at Panera. I've been working there for almost a year. It's crazy!
Well I think I'm going to wrap up this blog post. I will be posting more closer to my time abroad.
